Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders placed for in-stock items before 3 PM ET will
be shipped the same day when possible. Orders placed after 3 PM ET,
during weekends, or on statutory Canadian holidays will be processed on the
next business day.
If your order is urgent, please contact us at 1 403-474-0800 or email us at support@healthysleepcanada.ca for expedited handling. If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via your provided contact information.
Operation & Shipping Window
Healthy Sleep Canada processes and fulfills orders Monday to
Friday, 9 AM ET to 5 PM ET. This is based on our preferred carriers Canada Post and UPS
No orders are processed Statutory Holidays, as they will be processed the very next business day.
Transit Rates & Times
Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free Canada-wide
standard shipping, typically delivered within 2-9 business days for
provinces and up to 15 business days for territories.
Expedited Shipping: Calculated rates and delivery times will be displayed at
checkout for orders below $100 or for expedited options.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any
applicable duties and taxes on international shipments are the
responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
We will do our very best to accommodate you based on the outlined policies.
30-Day Return Window
Healthy Sleep Canada accepts returns of sealed and unused
CPAP machines, masks, and accessories within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used CPAP machines, masks, and batteries cannot be returned or exchanged, except under special circumstances such as: Critical illness or change in diagnosis.
The returned items must be unused and include all original accessories in sealed packaging.

and instructions.
Please provide tracking information once the return is shipped.
Note: Healthy Sleep Canada is not responsible for return shipping costs or transit issues. It is recommended to use a reliable shipping provider with tracking.
Refunds & Credits
Refunds to the original payment method are offered. Also, customers may exchange the item for a different size or type or receive a digital gift card for use on healthysleepcanada.ca. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Mask Guarantee
Healthy Sleep Canada offers a 30-Day Mask Guarantee
to ensure you find the right fit. We strive to pair you with the most
appropriate mask equipment to fit your preferences. If you’re uncertain which
mask is most appropriate for you, we recommend trying our sizing guides
available on our website or reaching out to us by phone at 1 (825) 882-8880

When getting accustomed to PAP therapy, persistence is key,
and the mask that you are using now could be the most appropriate mask for you.
If you feel there are significant issues with your mask, we offer a 30-Day Mask Guarantee on eligible masks where we can replace your mask with a different
size or type. Please read the following details carefully:
The exchange request must be made within 30 days from the date of your
purchase.
You are responsible for shipping both ways and returning your current mask
back to us. To exchange your mask for one with a higher cost, you will have to cover the difference.
